Improve your skills and your customers' satisfaction. All participants attending the Drop Installation Fundamentals course should bring the drop cable tools they currently use on the job. The class leader will inspect the following tools to determine if any need to be replaced: - Drop preparation tool
- Diagonal side cutters
- Compression tools
